Terms and conditions

All About It. LLC

1. Booking and Payment

To secure your event date, a non-refundable deposit of 30% of the total service fee is required upon booking. A signed contract is also required to confirm your reservation and initiate the planning process.

Final Payment:
The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event. Accepted payment methods include:

  • Credit/Debit Cards (3.6% service fee applies)
  • PayPal
  • Venmo
  • Zelle
  • Cash (in a sealed envelope)

Failure to pay the final balance by the due date may result in cancellation of your event without refund.

2. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • Events booked within less than 7 days of the event date cannot be canceled.
  • For all other events, cancellations within 7 days of the event date are not accepted.
  • We encourage clients to reschedule if plans change.

3. Age Restrictions

  • All guests consuming alcohol must be 21 years or older.
  • All About It bartenders will ID all guests and follow all Arizona state laws regarding alcohol service.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring compliance with age restrictions for their guests.

4. Liability

  • All About It is not responsible for any injury, accident, or incident arising from alcohol consumption by guests.
  • Clients assume full responsibility for the actions of their guests, including any property damage or personal injury.
  • All About It is not liable for damages caused by intoxicated guests. Any damage to equipment or property caused by guests is the responsibility of the client.

5. Travel & Setup / Safe Working Conditions

  • All About It bartenders require a safe working environment, including protection from hazardous weather, unsafe terrain, or any conditions that may endanger staff health or safety.
  • If the setup or event location is unsafe, All About It reserves the right to pause or refuse service. In such cases, bartenders may leave the event without providing services, and no refunds will be issued.
  • Clients are responsible for ensuring that the agreed-upon setup and environment are safe for staff.

6. Equipment & Property

  • Clients are responsible for any damage to All About It equipment caused by guests.
  • Bartenders will handle all equipment carefully, but All About It is not responsible for property damage caused by intoxicated or negligent guests.

7. Subscriptions & Inquiry Forms

  • By submitting inquiries or subscribing to newsletters, you consent to provide accurate contact information.
  • Your information will be used only for communication regarding your event or subscription, in compliance with privacy laws.

8. Governing Law

  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona.
  • Any disputes arising from services provided by All About It will be resolved under Arizona law.
